How to change the language from Chinese to English completely?

I did a backup of Notes\Data\archive\xxx..nsf and Notes\Data\mail\xxx.nsf .then uninstalled the Chinese version and reinstalled the English version ,changed the regional settings to English,but  some places still are Chinese language, how to configure to completely change to English?Thanks.

Delete your workspace

Close Notes

Delete the workspace (usually in \data\)

Delete your cache.ndk

Restart Notes

That has cleared it in the past

I have deleted all except Notes\Data\archive\xxx..nsf and Notes\Data\mail\xxx.nsf.

I think it inherited template from nsf.
