1.  There are no posts on this forum which can remove spam from all Notes user mailboxes, hence, the reason for my post.

 

2  This should be a native feature of the Domino message system.  However, it is just another reason to migrate to a new message system.  I am trying to keep customers on Domino, not migrate away.  Exchange requires the admin to use PowerShell, so we are ahead of the game if there is an easy solution for a basic Domino admin or non-technical IT help desk user.

 

3.  Basic message recall was available since Exchange 98, but Domino didn't implement until Release 8 in August 2007 which was disapointing to wait so long for such a basic feature.
