Duplicate PDF's on iOS devices from outside sources & failed Transcoding on BES

So back in the private beta days I had an issue where PDF's and ZIP attachments were forked and looked like two.  Forked meaning one good one you could open and use and one bad one that would not open.  I provided the information to IBM and was told they could reproduce the problem.  No fix was included in the public beta or the release code.  So I have been having a problem since January that IBM says it can reproduce but no fix has been issued.  I need to open an SPR but by now iOS users have come to accept it and deal with it.

Looking to know if I am the only one, which fine no need to focus on single small shop.  If other are having issues please do a "me to" on thread.

Thanks!

BES10 is using ActiveSync versus Notes RPC for mail operations

So we rolled out a BES10 server and it is a pure EAS connection to Domino, meaning Traveler is EAS server to mail & etc.

So what should I find on my shiny new Z10 but duplicated PDF's and other attachments.

I expected this to happen, but I was sad to see it anyway.

I need to apply IF1 to Traveler and Domino to see if it is fixed, since I have not read SPR listing.

Opening ticket with Partner Support.
