HTML mail not visible

Hi there,

I'm doing a migration from 8.5 to 9.0 and I've problems on some (it seems random...) PCs with the HTML (MIME) emails message. Sometimes it shows the email only on the preview but not once opened it, but often it don't show the mail neither in the preview or in opening it.

The only way to solve this issue is to enable the "Disable embedded browser for MIME mail" option in the preferences.

All the PCs have the same configuration (they came from the same master image) and the same version of Internet Explorer.

The very strange things is that not all users have this issue, but about 80% of them.

Anyone have an idea on how I can solve or what I can check?

Thanks for your help

  Fabio

Same problem..

I also see this problem in Notes 9.0.1. I have IE11 installed.

The solution provided, solved the problem, but I would like to use MIME, as it renderes better..

Did anybody send a PMR on the issue..??
