Hi all,

We have set in our environment server based archivation.

Some users have more than 1 archive. I've created for this a second criteria which says Older than 100 years and in this way older archive link is still in the mail file.

This is quite handy as user don't need to have somewhere the link.

The only problem is that users even that they have only one archive they get 2 links (per number of criteria) on their mail file.

Is there any possibility to make in such a way that user which have only 1 archive to get only 1 link instead of 2.

Different policies for these groups of users could be a solution, but this would overcomplicate things.

Do you have any other solution?

Thank you

Archive policy

You would need to create twoseparate policies.  One policy for the users with one archive and one policy for the users with 2 archives, then assign the policies accordingly.

2 policies

@Bradley

So I created a policy with a criteria Older than 100 days for new users.
and another policy for another group of users which have a criteria Oldera than 100 years.

Now how do I make these 2 policies work in the same time, so a user which is in both groups, could get both criteria? Is there any possibility to make 2 policies work? Now it works only the one which have higher precedence which is normal behaviour actually.
