When I send email to my google account from my Domino account the name in the inbound email just has my email prefix.
IOW
If I am jack@mycompany.com the name of the sender in the email received from Domino into gmail is jack.

How do I get Domino to send it as
"Jack Spratt" <jack@mycompany.com>
instead of just
jack@mycompany.com
?

Someone otherwhere gave me a little more information on RFC822

In the Messaging Configuration Document of your server, MIME - Advanced - Advanced Outbound Message Options - RFC822 Phrase Handling - Use CN as phrase.

This worked great!
