It looks like there is a connection being made on port 25, but no data is transmitted?

On a normal inbound SMTP connection, I get this:

Hello Alan!

It looks like the SMTP task was not restarted after changed/added the debug parameter.
Did you restarted the task?

If yes, I strongly suggest you to open a PMR for further investigation.
