Type ahead details from other address book

Hi,

In lotus notes 9 , users have the facility of type ahead so that they can view certains field details(like Job Title , department Name etc) updated in names.nsf of domino server.

We have a domino database (emp_add.nsf) in which our users have already updated their Job Title and department name. We would like that type ahead to do lookup on this directory .

How can this be achived.

Add some to names= in Notes.ini ...

names=names.nsf,Servername!!Path/emp_add.nsf

Suggestion

I would suggest running a LotusScript agent off hours that would take the data from the users updated directory and populate the correct fields in the main names.nsf if they changed.
