Anyone doing on-premise Domino IMSA / IMSMO

Cross Post Alert - I started this in the new forum where there is no discussion on this topic.  Thought I would try here where there has been some discussion. 

I am a Domino on the IBM i customer being asked to provide mail services to MS Outlook Clients. Because that request is new to me I would like to talk to other IBM Domino customers who have installed / configured Domino IMSA / IMSMO in their on-premise environment.

What is good, what is bad, is it solid? Is there a better place to ask this question?

i did install facing issue with it, unable to sync, and some traveler error.
