Traveler "Access Server" not obeyed

Traveler server is version 9.0.1.6 running in Domino 9.0.1FP3 32-bit (on Centos 6 server).

To limit users access to traveler server there is a Domino group called "phone-users".

In the Domino servers "Server Document" which runs Traveler there is a Tab "Notes Traveler".

There are 2 fields:

"Access Server: phone-users"

"Not access server:" (it is empty)

A user which is not in the group "phone-users" can still access Traveler.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. A user X is in the group "phone-users" and can access Traveler using mobile phone
  2. This user X is removed from "phone-users"
  3. (Traveler is restarted)
  4. User X receives new mail in Traveler as nothing has changed

Is this correct behaviour for Traveler? Is there anything more to configure to lock out the users?

server access

You can create a "No Access" group and place the user into the "No Access" group.

You should open a PMR with the Server Core Team and have them look at server access debug to see what is happening.
