Hi,

I want to upgrade domino on my traveler server. I have thus made a test server to see whether upgrade is successful. When upgrading from domino 9.0.0 to 9.0.1, should installation specify Notes will be upgraded to version 9.0.1? When I did mine, it proceeded as a fresh install. When I launched domino, it specified 'IBM Domino (r) Server started, running Release 9.0.1'. I got below error message when Traveler starting:

03/27/2017 04:48:35 PM  Traveler: Server starting...
03/27/2017 04:48:40 PM  Traveler: WARNING *system Installed Domino server version 9.0.1 does not match expected Domino server version 9.0.0

03/27/2017 04:48:41 PM  Traveler: SEVERE  *system IBM Traveler server could not be started.  The exception was ComponentNotStartedException.

Where did I go wrong? Did I specify wrong Program Directory?

Thanks to help,

Arvind

Read the message

The message is coming from traveler complaining that the version of traveler expects 9.0.0 of domino to be installed.   I suggest you upgrade Traveler to a version that supports Domino 9.0.1

Traveler must be upgraded

When upgrading a traveler Server from 9.0 to 9.01, you must also upgrade your Traveloer component.  You may also look at your certificate type if you are using HTTP.
