Notes/MAC 9.0.1 64-bit & Disappearing Address Dialog

Help! We have tried everything from new installs (Notes client and MAC profile), checking permissions, ensuring Java's at correct level, etc.... When this one user clicks the "To:" link in a new message, the address dialog seems to appear but isn't visible!?! Know it's there because we have to click OK to do any other operations. Any ideas? We even tried UseBasicNotes to rule our Eclipse/Java issue, new user IDs, blank mail Db and address book, etc... Thanks in advance.

Hello Jojo!

I am trying to reproduce the issue but works perfect on my Mac.

Are you using the IBM Standard Mail Template?

Best Regards!

Re: Notes/MAC 9.0.1 64-bit & Disappearing Address Dialog

Hello,

Thanks for your assistance. Yes, the standard mail template (mail9.ntf) is the current design. It's important to note that no other MAC clients are experiencing the problem so the issue appears local to the user's profile. Also, addressing is possible if the MAC's admin account is used.

Thanks,
JoJo

Guess the dialog is somehow moved out of the screen, possible block by Docker, what is your Mac OS version, have you ever enabled Space before?
You may try to hide the Dock,  or Control+Up and click the Notes Window.

Still an issue (Notes/MAC 9.0.1 64-bit & Disappearing Address Dialog)

This is still a problem for one user in our organization. We have tried everything possible. Any ideas? If we install on admin account, all works as expected.
