I didn't see these options. Could you please tell me where exactly the options present? Create New Copy  /  Create New Replica

You need to be in the files area
In the Files section of the Admin client, click on any database in the list.

After that it should appear in the Menu's shown previously.

File Menu: "Replication -> New Replica"

Right click:  New -> Replicas...
