I wanted to make sure it wasn't on my end so I did a bunch of testing over the weekend but didn't have any change in results. I got to work this morning, where I can physically touch our mail server instead of the remote access and deleted out the global domain document. Immediately after doing so, all of the email I had been testing with was delivered but not without a slight complaint from the guy I was sending it to :) Not really sure what in the domain document could have caused this to take place but it did. A bit skeptical about applying another one.
