Restrict User Outgoing Emails

Hi,

I have been looking for a capabilities to restrict users outgoing emails. For example user1 able to send emails to only A.com, B.com and C.com where user2 able to send email only to A.com and E.com.

Under server configuration, Router/SMTP> Restriction and Controls > SMTP Outbound Controls tab, there is an option but it applied to all emails. I require a feature to restrict emails specific to user or group. If Domino unable to do this, Do you know any product that able to?
