Notes 9 installation on Windows Vista Home Premium

I install Notes 9 on my computer and I receive an error message:

RPC Base plug-in not found.

 

After the roll back, I shut down my computer and did it again.  Then I received a message telling me to check the log.  Now I lost my Notes.

What should I do?
