Unable to create an ID Vault

Hi

I'm trying to create a new ID Vault

I have an environment that contains 4 servers and an ID Vault is already present and working.

Due to a business divestment, I'm having to create new a new organisation hierarchy, new OU certs in that hierarchy, a new mail server in that hierarchy with the aim to rename and move users to the new server and new naming structure.

I'm at the point where I want to create a new ID Vault on the new server, however, the Create Vault option in the Administrator client is greyed out (unavailable) and nothing I can do will change that.

Does anyone have any pointers

I've got Admin Access and Full Admin access.

There is  x-cert from the /servers/neworg to /oldorg - meaning that every user and server in the old organisation should be able to authenticate to any server in the new organisation

Likewise there is an x-cert from the /servers/oldorg to /neworg - meaning that every user and server in the new organisation should be able to authenticate to any server in the old organisation

Any pointers would be a great help

Some info on managing ID vaults for different orgs
Mike,

Check out the info here:

Not exactly the same, but it might be related. If that doesn't explain it, try using an ID in the same org as the rest of the environment you are trying to configure. It's been a few years since I've looked at that scenario, but I think it's related to the above.
