DDE and SVN and TLS

We upgraded our Domino server (Windows 64 with Domino 64) Domino 901 +FP3 +IF3 with TLS 1.2.

We are stuck with SVN in Domino Designer Environment: error protocol_version. IBM Designer was also patched to 901 FP3 + IF3 + JavaPatch.

Any hint?
