Hello,

one of our users expierienced a strange and annoying problem with the calendar in Notes 9.0.1 client on Win8.1.
After switching between calendar weeks in the weekly planner, the client, displayed a mixture consisting of days from three different calendar weeks in a single week view as shown in the screenshot:

Did anyone else expierienced this behaviour?
Are there workarounds?
Will there be a fix in an upcoming release?

Thanks for all responses.

Re:
There are few questions regarding this issue as follows:

How often is this issue seen?
What are the exact steps to reproduce it? for e.g does the user change the date range very fast from navigator's date picker or from the top of date range setter ?
Does refresh of the view solve this problem?

answers to the questions
From what the concerning user told me, the issue occured randomly and is not straightly reproducible. It happend four or five times and (as far as i know) was not solved by simple refreshing but by moving to another week and then returning back. Which navigation control the user was using, he could not tell anymore.
But one information might be important: The issue occured only on a remote location, i.e. the user was connected to the server via VPN (with a rather slow internet connection). Might it be possible, there is a synchronization problem?

Re:
Thanks for the information. It could be a synchronization issue. To confirm that we would need  logs from the machine on which the issue is seen.

Steps to collect logs:
1.Goto <Notes Data Dir> workspace\.config

2. In rcpinstall.properties set values
   com.ibm.csi.level=FINEST
   com.ibm.csi.notes.level=FINEST

3.Restart Notes

4. When the issue is seen take the screenshot with SYSTEM TIME and share it. System time is important to understand when the issue occurred.

5. Without closing Notes,  zip the <Notes Data Dir> \workspace\logs directory and share it.
