HTML Signature with https link to image

Hi all,

I have a strange problem at a customer site. Customer modified his web server access to a "http to https" redirect and pushes

the mail signatures with HTML files including a "http link" to the image.

After the switch to the https redirect the image is no longer included in the mail signature. I also tried to modify the HTML file for

a "https://server/image.jpg" but no way to get the image inside the signature over https. With other http links everything´s working

fine.

We use Notes 901 and 901 mail templates. Anybody also had this issue with https links in a signature ?? Any help would be great.

Thanks a lot, Rainer

Hi Rainer,

I have seen similar issues with signatures when users are connecting through a proxy. Is that the case here?

Thanks,

Mark

Problem solved

Hello together,

Problem is solved. After some investigations we found out, that the https request is running against a TLS 1.2 website. We installed IBM Notes 9.0.1 FP5, received a security warning ( which we accepted ) and afterwards

everything was running fine again.

Maybe this could help someone too...

Rainer
