iNotes 9 Control Installation Error

Hi, 

We recently upgraded our server to 9.0.1FP4IF1 , after the upgrade , our users complained about issue with attaching documents and printing from iNotes. Upon investigation , iNotes 9 Control add-on for Internet Explorer were blocked. When I tried to install iNotes controller from Preference, it comes up with error.

"An error occured while copying file daw9W.dll"

Anyone having this issue? What have changed in fp4 causing IE to prevent iNotes 9 Control from starting up..
