Mail Shortcut Icon + Start-up (Database X cannot be found)

For some reason, I am receiving a dialog on start-up that states that database X cannot be found (and has server drop-down). In addition, when I click the mail shortcut icon the same happens. I cannot figure out why or how this started. It wasn't directly after the 9.0 upgrade. I checked the location document, notes.ini, etc. I cannot even access the "Mail" option under File > Preferences without the same dialog appearing. Database X is an old test mail database from ~1 year ago and not my active mail. The correct mail application is listed in the location document. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

would request few things if you can share so I can investigate
how do you launch notes?
your notes.ini file
screen shot of 2nd tab and 4th tab of your current location document
your bookmark.nsf if you can zip it up (wondering if your home page is set to something other than the welcome page).

if you can send this to 'rajpatil@in.ibm.com', I can investigate.
