Hi All,

Having a couple of issues with Lotus Notes since an update to 9.0.1.  It often hangs with 'Not Responding' in the title bar.  It eventually comes back but after a few minutes.  I would very much like to sort this out as its quite frustrating.  What would people need to see in order to give me some advice?

Thanks in advance.

1.  Please run the NSD when the notes in un-responsive. run the nsd from command prompt without any argument, run it for 3 times with interval  of 30 seconds.
   2. Please check if java core file is genereated, if its not found you can generate it as explained in below command.
If the NSD ever fails to create a javacore, we've an alternate way to produce the java dump.
  Thread dump: <notes>\framework\rcp>rcplauncher.exe -com.ibm.rcp.core.logger#dump threads
   Heap dump: <notes>\framework\rcp>rcplauncher.exe -com.ibm.rcp.core.logger#dump heap

Please send these logs across for further investigation.
   Thanks,
    Mandar

Same Problem, have logs

Ricardo, Mandar: I have the same problem. Have Notes 9.0.1 installed and am using the social (vs base) client with integrated SameTime. When I attempt to open the Feeds widget on the right hand side, Notes hangs and never returns. I have a zip file with the NSD output gathered while Notes was hung. Where do I send the zip file? I really need to have feeds working as I participate in many Lotus Connections wikis & etc and this is my primary monitoring tool.

Thanks,
