BUG blocks system from booting

Hello all,

When I started working in IBM I enabled "Early Adopter Software Repository" to have the last version of Lotus Notes (for better UI and performance). During 2 months everything was ok. Two weeks ago my workstation got frozen when booting:


IGA had to re-format my computer. The problem is that the 8.5 version can not load the (archive) mails of 9.0.1 (encryptation problem). So I reinstalled 9.0.1 again but (two time mores) my computer got frozen. We are trying to solve this encryptation problem to use 8.5.3 and avoid this boot problem that seems to be caused for 9.0.1 but with no luck so far.

Maybe some kernel related..

Try to boot a newer or older kernel, I think it was some kind of problem there... (I was bitten of it with a Domino server on Ubuntu some time ago).
