Sametime - primary contacts - list empty

Hi !

we use the embedded sametime client in lotus client 901FP8.

One of my colleague has the problem, that the list of primary contacts is empty (suddenly).

The click on "restore" brings no success.

What else can we do ? Are the contatc are saved on the pc ?
