refresh runs twice if form has header

Hello,

i found an irritating error. If i make a form with a form header, the document refresh runs twice!
If i remove header, the refresh runs once!

Its a bug or feature?
Have you experienced it?

Of course i can write work around code that eliminate the second event, but i want only once runs.
Any idea?

Not a solution, but...

Your code shouldn't depend on how many times a refresh occurs, the user can always perform a manual refresh...
