Traveler not available

Traveler does not work in Browser it shows "IBM Notes Traveler-Server ist nicht verfügbar." (translated: IBM Notes Traveler-Server is not available).

On Console it shows: HTTP JVM: 38135113 [Traveler-CN=User Name/OU=OU/O=O-.....] INFO  - Traveler: IBM Notes Traveler task did not respond.  Verify that the task is started.  Client request denied for CN=User Name/OU=OU/O=O.

Can someone please help? Thank you

Try to stop

tell http quit

tell traveler quit

 

Then

Lo http -> errors?

lo traveler -> errors?
