Hi All,

We have moved all users from one mail servers to another mail servers as part of the decommission of the mail servers under project activity however sudden we have faced below types of issue.

More than 2000+ users are affected.

- All New emails going to All document view instead of In-box.

- In-box is empty.

- All old mails are missing from in-box.

- Traveler users not able to seen emails on their devices.

- issue with the local replicas.

-database does not support folder references module post open line 32

Meanwhile can you please let me know Is there a chance that when an issue gets fixed on the server, it replicates to local office without replacing the local replica?

Thanks in advance !!!

Have you tried running maintenance?
Hi Mahesh,

Are you seeing this issue on all 2000+ databases or just a couple of databases? In any case have you tried running maintenance on the affected database?

- Load Fixup <dbfilename.nsf> -F -J (If transaction logging is enabled)
- Load <dbfilename.nsf> Updall -R
- Load <dbfilename.nsf> Compact -C

Duplicate Inbox
You might also want to check one of the mail files having the issue from a Designer client if it has duplicate Inbox. That can potentially cause issues when receiving new emails.
