Most likely VM limitation
I saw the VM size is 3.6G in your data, it might exceed 4G limitation at the moment of crash, you know, Mac Notes 9.0.1 is 32-bit app...
As far as I know, this is a known issue for Mac Notes 9.0.1 on Mac OS 10.10.x, the workaround is to disable some platform fonts that you will not use.
