Can't minimize Lotus Notes miniview window

Can't minimize miniview window in Notes Client v9 (FP10 IF01).

Normally, there is little line that you can click and that window will be minimized, but there is no that little line... Please help.

I've tried:
- delete cache.ndk
- replace design
- refresh design
- rename bookmark.ndk
- rename desktop8.ndk
- updall, fixup, compact
