Mail forwarding without existing/deleted person document

Hi,

there is a not existing internal mail address (intern@mail.com for example) which is to be used in the future. Possibly a person with that mail address exists in names in the past. But at this time there is no person document with the mail address intern@mail.com.

If someone mails to intern@mail.com in the log appears the mail is forwarded to extern@externmail.com. Even the mail address intern@mail.com nor the external mail address extern@externmail.com appears in the names (looked in $NamesFieldLookup and $Users).

Is it possible that someone has created a person document with the shortname intern and set the fowarding address in the person document to extern@externmail.com, deleted the document but the server is still accessing this document?

And if this is possible, how to delete the invisible document?

Thx

Bente

yes

But it may not be deleted. It could have a reader field on it. I'm not sure, but there may also be a conflict document that is doing it.

Full Access Administrator may find it.
