Some clarification on SC Engage Advanced

Hi all,

I need some clarifications on SC Engage Advanced.

 

1. Is there an option for mail forwarding? i.e to forward mails sent to our account to another one we specify?

 

2. How to do Archiving? What if my mailbox exceeds the limit and if i need backup of my older mails?

 

3. How to restrict users accessing mails from out of the office network. Similar to IP range Restriction in iNotes.

   

If not, restrict only the web interface of the user and let him access only the client.I need some clarifications on SC Engage Advanced.
