Im trying to create a simple widget that opens a specific database on starup in the client. There is a parameter in the xml, contributeTabOnStartup, and my thought was that this paramter would open the database when the client is started, but no. contributeToSideshelfOnStartup however does exactly that. What am i missing?

Or, is there a smarter way to do this without using widgets? It has to be able to distribute through a policy.
