Export Notes Calendar graphical month display to Word and Excel (rich text format)

Is there a Lotus Notes Tool or add-on that will "automatically" export the Notes calendar graphical display to Word or Excel (rich text format)?  Once it is exported to Word or Excel it will look similar to the Notes monthly calendar and all text on the calendar will be editable.  I found a 3rd party tool called WinCalendar that can export IBM Notes 9/8 calendar as described below, but users must manually export their Calendar to iCal, then import into WinCalendar.

WinCalendar:  Convert your IBM Notes calendar to Excel and Word format (Monthly Style) in a few easy steps... Open your Notes calendar, then click File - Export, Type a file name, Choose Save as type "Calendar File (.ics)", then click Export - All documents - OK. Start WinCalendar, then select the iCal Import option to import your IBM Notes calendar file and specify conversion to Word or Excel format.

File - Print, 'Calendar to Document'
Pretty easy in Notes, within any Calendar choose File -> Print ([Ctrl]+P or use the print tool if toolbars are turned on), the choose "Print Calendar to a Document", choose "Monthly Style" and hit the [Preview] button.

That will produce a document in Rich text Tabular format, which can then be emailed (Hit the [Forward] action on the Action Bar) or pasted into a Word Processor or Spreadsheet application.

Hope this helps,

Mat

Re: File - Print, 'Calendar to Document'

Thanks Mat!  That works perfectly for 1 month, however, if I want to export 12 monthly calendars to Word I would need to repeat the steps 12 times. :(

p.s.  I just remembered doing your steps along time ago, but forgot.  :)
