~Fred UmkivitchliOct 24, 2014, 2:59 PM48 Postsre mailbox not in syncWhen you say mailbox not in sync ..assume you mean mail.box on server ( not user mail ?) 1> Try Recreate the affected mail.box on the server EG ( MAIL1.BOX, ) as follows > Shut down the server > Rename the mail.box database to Mail1.OLD > Restart the server ( The Mail.Box's will be automatically recreated on the server startup ) This resolves many corruption issues if this is tha cause. 2> Does Renaming the mail.box file help ? Check that the router task is running on the affected server ( Sh ta ) ? Does affected server have same number of mail.box ?( Sh ta ) 3> Is cluster replication and schedule replication working between the servers ok ? 4> Are there any errors on console regarding routing mail ..Example "No route found to Server1"or "Server not responding" Review this Technote for full documentation : Title: Domino Mail routing does not fail over within clustered servers Doc #: 1091778 URL: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21091778 Title: What is failover and when does it happen in a clustered Domino server environment?
