Conversation thread view in mailbox not working

Hi all,

I just switched to the conversation thread view in my mailbox and get the following message instead showing the mails as thread:

"This conversation thread is incomplete".

This message will be shown for ALL threads.
What can I do to have the view working?

Hi Girish,

I see the SPR is not public. What is the status of it? (please do not tell me to open a PMR to get info ;-)

Indirectly fixed in 9.0.1 FP1
You won't find it in the fix list database since it was an indirect fix, but it is supposed to be resolved in 9.0.1 FP1. There are some related SPRs, though, so if you are on that release and still seeing it, we might need to see where the related SPRs are.
