I have a user running imsmo and outlook client

latest version 2026

[02A4:002F-0B0C] 05.04.2018 10:15:33   Traveler: The IBM Traveler server cannot connect to your mail database mail/mail.nsf.nsf on server CN=server02/O=xxx.com because of Domino status 0x'220' meaning "Function is not supported for remote databases". Verify

Traveler:   [CN=server/O=domain, Mail/mail.nsf is not reachable, status(0x220) "Function is not supported for remote databases".

So i changed the home server for the user to the imsmo server and outlook started to sync. I have checked the access ACL and other users work fine. The imsmo server can reach the mailserver oterh users work fine.

The other traveler server can reach his mailfil but not imsmo unless i change it to home. Is there a local file that needs to be updated?

Domino status 0x'220'  what does it mean?

Edit:...I might be looking tt the wrong stuff. Question is why the server is not finding the users homemail server, why do i have to change homemailserver to imsmo server...
