Drag&Drop of attachments from Win Explorer stopped to work....

More of our users (IBM Notes Standard 9.0.1/Windows 10)  have similar problem:

Drag & Drop operation with files to create attachments in Memo or any other application with Rich Text items does not work.

Some of users claim that this feature worked "until some time ago" and stopped work without any important update or new software installation.

We have tried some of tips from previous discussion threads  (Run As Administration mode, Temp folder access checking, repair installation of Notes client, Acrobat SW removal) - however, without any access....

 

Do you have similar problem? Is this feature supported on Win10 installation? Thanks for any tip....
