Hello,

I have created two policies for archiving documents for the employees in our company. Both archiving rules are based on archiving / deleting all documents in two special views. All documents which are not marked for archving should be deleted after 91 days. All documents which are marked for archiving should be moved to the archive after 90 days. The views are contain not only mail-documents but meeting notices too. To mark documents for archiving is done by the users manually.

The mail documents are beeing archived / deleted well. But the meeting notices remain in the views. What can I do to archive them as well as the mail documents?

How did you set up the choosen folder / view ?

I am trying to simulate what you did but did not found the possibility to specify a dedicated view.

I can only choose beteween specified views as Sent, Inbox, Meeting, ...

In the form to create a archiving rule I have the opportunity to select a view from a specified mail template, which is the source for archiving. There I have selected the created views:

You are right that you don't have this opportunity when you create a archiving by yourself in your mail file.
