RE: Meetings disappear from iOS calendar after modifying on iPhone
There have been some issues reported by customers since the release of iOS9.
Even between releases of iOS 9.x,  customers have reported issue related to
changes in calendar behavior.

There was a technote documenting that Traveler 9.0.1.7 was the minimum level
of Traveler to support iOS9.x devices.  Since then additional updates have been
required.  The latest FP information can be found here:

9.0.1.10 Documentation:  http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21978992

Blog Post:  https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/LotusSupport/entry/Traveler_90110?lang=en

If applying the latest FP level and iOS 9 update does not resolve new items from disappearing, then please open a PMR with
IBM support so that finest sync logs can be collected and analyzed,
