iNotes Redirect - Insufficient Rights to iNotes Redirect application

Hello,

I'm setting up the iNotes Redirect application on a Domino 9.0.1 server.

When a user is successfully authenticated, instead of being shown the Redirecting... message, he gets the following error:

<username> you have insufficient rights for /iwaredir.nsf. Please login with a username and password which has sufficient rights.

where iwaredir.nsf is the iNotes Redirect application.

The ACL for Anonymous is set to read public documents.

Any clues?

Regards,

Alessandro

Default?

Hi,

what's about Default access? When the user authenticates, the user, group or default entry in ACL counts, not anonymous.

There are hotspots within iwaredir to set the ACL.

Regards

Chris

where is the @dblookup being attempted?
depending on your configuration of the iwaredir database the url is pulled from the local replica of the addressbook or from the user's home mail server

check out the help inside the iwaredir.nsf -> setup->server settings-> use home mailserver to support users in multiple domains
and the following tn article

Title:        'Error 500 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - You are not listed as a trusted server' when accessing the DWA Redirect database
