Admin process error

I'm getting the following errors in DDM on a regular basis:

Admin Process: Received the following error performing a Update Client Information in Person Record request on xxx/XXX (Path: admin4.nsf): Document has been modified or corrupted since signed! (data)

Anyone seen this and have any ideas what's happening?

Cheers

Client version?
Hello Dan,

Can you check to see what the client version is of the originator's of those requests? Are they 9.0 or 8.5x?

   Thank you,

Just found out...
... that there is a PMR on this issue and that it's being investigated.  The corresponding SPR is SKJI98ZLR6.

Cheers, the clients are 8.5, so I guess that's part of the problem as well
