Traveler not deleting devices

I have recently noticed that Traveler is no longer deleting devices after running the "te traveler delete username deviceID" command.  When run the console says it completed successfully.  When you look in the DB the devices never delete and I have to manually delete them from the list, which I know is bad.  Has anyone else seen this and if so, how did you resolve it?  Thanks!

Same here
I have seen the same thing with our installation of Traveler 9.0.1.

Try security delete first

Try running "tell traveler security delete * username" and once it is successful run "tell traveler delete * username"

If it's not working, try restarting just the Traveler task and then run the delete commands again.

security delete did it for me
Thought I had tried that, but security delete removed the user in my case.
