Domino 9.0.1FP3 crashing on Imitation of Backup

Hi All,

We have migrated a few of the Domino server to Windows 2012. The Domino is running 9.0.1FP3. The issue at hand is that the application crashes as soon as the backups for the application is kicked off. The backup application used is EMC NetWorker. Has anyone else seen this behaviour in their environment.

P.S : I am a backup administrator.

Hi

Its hard to say what is happening without seeing NSD but if you do see NSFDbOpenExtended function in the crash stack the problem is probably related to this SPR:

SPR# MNGA9L7R4Z - Fixes intermittent Domino Server crash in NSFDbOpenExtended6 (fixed in 9.0.1 FP4 release )
