Thanks, but can you tell me please where is the calendar profile document located, so I could try to delete it.

Download the All-In-One Admin tool to delete the calendar profile
Hi Andrei,

Profile documents are stored in the database itself but are not shown in views. They're only accessible programatically.

The easiest way to delete them is using the tool in the link bellow:

Once you download it, follow the instructions to use it on your workstation, then the "Remove Profiles" tool will help you to locate and delete the calendar profile.

* Calendar profile stores some mail and calendar preferences, such as signature, sender colors, etc. Let your user aware that he may lose it during this troubleshooting.
