Are Notes Browser Plugin install files available?

At IBM PartnerWorld, I found and downloaded Domino server and Notes/Designer/Admin client installation files, but couldn't find the Notes Browser Plugin files (NotesPluginMin, NotesPluginMax). Are they available yet, and could I get the correct product numbers to help search?

They should be available - part numbers included within
IBM Notes Browser Plug-in V9.0 for Windows English (CIF0AEN)
IBM Notes Browser Plug-in Lite V9.0 Windows English (CIF0BEN)
