We have a Traveler 9.01 server connecting to a pair of Domino 8.5.3 servers.

On the Domino 8.5.3 servers, they have a primary address book along with a Directory Assistance (DA) consisting of 3 additional address books.  (These address books are not on the Traveler server).

Problem:

The mobile devices are not able to send group emails where the group & group members are listed in the DA's address books.

- They can lookup/see the groups and contacts, but when sending them, we get undeliverable emails.

There's no issues in sending the same emails from the Standard Notes Client on PCs.

Query:

What could be preventing the mobile devices from sending group emails where the groups/contacts are listed in the DA's address books?

The message should be placed in mail.box for the router to pick up and deliver.  Perhaps the Router is not configured to find all the addresses.  You might want to check
Server Document - Router/SMTP - Advanced - Controls - "restrict name lookups to primary directory only".
If that isn't it, you could pause the router and see how the mail is addressed at that point (to confirm the group name is still there).
