Send-To Copy Mail Forwarding Rules

Dear Admins,

Had anyone experience a failed message during auto-forward mail rules to AOL mail? All forwarded messages are being blocked but direct emails are successfully sent.

I am wondering if we can check or edit the attributes for mail header of send-to-copy function of mail rules? If there would be workaround it will be much appreciated. As per checking on relay host connector, the mail is having this report:

Error: 521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.

No NDR was bounced-back since it sent as copy-to function (I believe this is the case)

I've already checked blacklist, DNS, IP address reputation are OK.

Another question, can we edit the mail headers for the send-to-copy mail rules?
Please advise..thank you

Resolved

The previous setup was using null return path and that MAYBE causing AOL to block /  reject the message. Select another settings on delivery controls. Hoping to help. Thanks
