Hello,

We recently upgraded our on premises traveler from 9.0.1FP5 to 9.0.1FP9 and since then we get occasional HTTP time out for all devices for a couple of minutes then it starts syncing again.

Here're the symptoms we noticed so far

1- When accessing traveler admin web page from internal network (http://serverIP/LotusTraveler.nsf), and upon refreshing the page, the number of users & devices showed 0 !

2- Syncing from any device and OS are unable to finish.

3- Connecting to the external URL from the internet times out as well.

This lasts for a couple of minutes then it starts working again.

Anybody had similar issues especially after upgrading ?

I have not seen this problem after applying FP9 or the interim fixes that were issued later. Did the HTTP time outs start immediately after patching the servers? Have you tried uninstalling FP9, running the base 9.0.1 install and then applying FP9?

A question

Do you have other servers in the same subnet as the Traveler servers, and are HTTP time outs also being seen with these?
