Subject line with special characters displays UTF encoding after FP10 upgrade.

I upgraded our Domino Windows based SMTP server from 901FP8 to 901FP10.  Since then if the subject line had a special character, like a leading ball, it now changes it to UTF encoding (no political comments please)

You need FP10IF1

Yes JBAMAVKUPX from IF1 was the fix.  And I just had to put it on my SMTP servers.  But I am getting that to the rest of my servers
